Here Comes the Devil
Director Adrián García Bogliano | 2012 | 95 minutes | Horror, Thriller | Spanish
Winner – Best Picture, Screenplay, Director, Actor, and Actress – Fantastic Fest 2012
During a family trip in Tijuana, a couple’s preteen son and daughter vanish while exploring a cave-riddled mountainside. Following a long night of searching, the children reappear, seemingly unharmed, to their relieved parents. But when they both start acting withdrawn and sullen, their mother suspects something sinister happened to them while they were missing. And as her children’s behavior takes on an increasingly supernatural cast, she realizes that they may have fallen prey to something inhuman – and that a dark, unstoppable evil has followed them home.
